Please follow the steps below to clear the cache before using the application on your local machine.
- Close the IFS application if it is currently open.
- Open File Explorer and browse to the following location:
C:\Users\<USERID>\AppData\Local\AppsReplace <USERID> with your Windows username.
- Delete the
2.0folder. - open the IFS PROD URL IFS Applications - ABERPRD in your Microsoft Edge Browser and launch the ClickOnce application again.
The application files will automatically be downloaded again after the cache has been cleared.
Note: If the folder is not visible, it may be hidden. In the menu, click View and enable Show Hidden Items.
