- Select "Record and transcribe," then choose "Start transcription."
All participants will be notified that transcription has started.

Transcript Demo:
Rosie Duke-Abenov: Hey, have you tried using Copilot for transcribing our meetings?
Arman Abenov: I looked into it, but Copilot itself doesn’t do direct transcription. Microsoft Teams has a live transcription feature, though.
Rosie: Oh, good to know! How does the transcription in Teams work?
Arman: Just start a Teams meeting, click on the "More" button, and select "Record and Transcribe." That way, it creates a real-time transcript that everyone in the meeting can access.
Rosie: Cool! But where does Copilot come in?
Arman: Copilot is great for analyzing and summarizing the transcript. You can ask it to pull key points, create meeting minutes, or even draft follow-up emails based on the conversation.
Rosie: That sounds really useful! I’ll give it a try next time.
Arman: Definitely! Let me know how it goes—we could save a lot of time on post-meeting notes.
