Individuals requiring access to the Office or Plant Yards are requested to submit a formal access request via a Zendesk ticket. Once access has been approved, users will receive a welcome email from Avigilon Alta
Step 1: Open the Abergeldie email from Avigilon Alta on your mobile device
Step 2: Follow prompt to Install the Alta OPEN app using either App Store or Google Play

Step 3: Login to the Alta Open app with your Abergeldie supplied credentials
Step 4: Follow the prompts to set up the app by selecting “Open Email App”
Step 5: Open the email sent by the Avigilon Alta Open app
Step 6: Select “Set up on Phone” button in email
Step 7: Accept the Terms of Use
Step 8: Select “Next” to enable Bluetooth
Step 9: Allow Alta OPEN to find Bluetooth devices
Step 10: Select “Allow While Using App” to enable Bluetooth
Step 11: Select “Allow While Using App” to allow Alta OPEN to use your location
Step 12: Select “Allow” to allow Alta OPEN to send you notifications
Step 13: Navigate the Alta OPEN app to view office entry permissions, activity log, and account details
