IT peripherals include commonly issued accessories such as:
- Mouse (standard or ergonomic)
- Keyboard (wired/wireless)
- Monitor
- Docking station
- Laptop Headset
- Adapters, cables, and other desktop accessories
๐ What details should I include in the request form?
Please provide the following:
- Specific item(s) needed
- Reason for the request (e.g., replacement, new starter, damaged equipment)
- Your location
- Required-by date (if time-sensitive)
- Any supporting documents or justification
Depending on the nature of the request, IT may ask the requester to log an incident in IFS and include the incident number in the corresponding Zendesk ticket.

Yes. All IT peripheral requests require approval before they will be fulfilled.

๐ฆ Can I collect peripherals directly from IT
No. All hardware must be requested and approved through Zendesk before collection. Unauthorized removal of IT assets is strictly prohibited.
