This guide explains how to find the ACI MSM Knowledge Assistant app in Microsoft Teams, add it to your Teams apps, and pin it to the Teams navigation bar for quick access.
Step 1: Open the Apps section
Open Microsoft Teams.
In the left navigation bar, select Apps. If you do not see Apps, select More apps or the … (More) icon.
Step 2: Find the ACI MSM Knowledge Assistant
In the Apps screen, select Built for your organization.
If you cannot find the app
Confirm that you are signed in with the correct organization account and contact your IT support team to verify the app has been assigned to your organization.
Step 3: Add the app
On the app details page, select Add (or Open if it has already been added).
The app will be installed for your Teams account.
Step 4: Pin the app to the Teams navigation bar
Locate ACI MSM Knowledge Assistant in the left Teams navigation bar or under More apps.
Right-click the app icon (or select the … menu next to the app name).
Select Pin.
The app will now remain visible in the left navigation bar for quick access.
Verify the app is pinned
You should now see ACI MSM Knowledge Assistant in the left navigation bar alongside other Teams apps such as Activity, Chat, and Teams.
Select the app icon to launch the assistant.
Once pinned, ACI MSM Knowledge Assistant will be available from the Teams navigation bar whenever you open Microsoft Teams.
